This was my third purchase from Malababa, I got the Botines de piel this time. Just like my previous orders (a Bolso M and some Pendientes de latón), the quality was top-notch. They arrived exactly when predicted, even with the holiday rush. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect.
Good quality, delivery could improve
I bought a pair of their Bailarinas, and they are beautiful and comfortable. The quality of the leather is really good, and they feel well-made. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. However, the shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Seattle, which felt a bit long for an international order. They could probably improve on the delivery speed or at least give a more precise estimate upfront. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the product itself, but the wait was a minor drawback.
